Orders placed on Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day if placed before 3pm. Any orders placed on or after 3pm will usually ship the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or on Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. Silver Forever does not ship packages during any major U.S. holidays. All orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Although we strive to maintain these guidelines, there are inevitably times that order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day it might be expected. All items ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping does NOT change the processing time of your order. We will provide information via email when your order ships.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
